With this soundtrack and with the big names (Gene Simons and Ozzy) this movie would have been a true "Holloween classic" to all and not just he ones who rented it because it looked pretty good from the cover. Everything about it was awesome EXCEPT the promoting the industry drop the ball on that one BIG TIME. I graduated in 88 so I lived the 80's and truely believe half the songs from the soundtrack would have hit the charts had someone just got off their ass and did a little PR !!!!!
Awesome band & Awesome tune. Very underated band in my opinion. 1 person does not know great music, You should be ashamed of yourself and you know who you are.
@Testament68 I cannot find mine anywhere, it was the first cd I bought in my younger years and Bulletboys self titled debut. I may have to order another one off Ebay! Haha! It probably got accidently sold when i sold a bunch of my cds. I have the dvd though. Love Trick Or Treat. Awesome movie!
when i was little, my buddy and i would play this movie over and over..... then i found the cassette at the drug store for 5.99.. i played it until it broke!
The greatest band that never was. They bury Motley, Poison all of them. I used to jam to this playing in my firebird while driving all night. There should have been soo much more music from them. The world is lucky to have this and shorted not to have more.
Without a doubt, This is one of my favorite Soundtrack CD's, I listen to it often. This is indeed a very underated band, They kicked ass. Thanks for all the great tunes & Thanks for posting it FallingDown08...You Rock!!!!!!!!!
can't believe its been that long. I remember seeing this in the theaters with my brother Dewayne. RIP. He knew all the good songs. Thanks, keep on rocking!
yes i saw the movie in 88 i think..or 87 but gene and oz had no part in making the music, they were just actors in it. I had the cassette and do know this one for a fact. stand up is my fav but this is n2.

Damn, If only people could see how amazing Fastway was!! I wish the original band would get back together!! They could be better than most bands these days!!
@13ashleyman so do i but dave king being the asshole he is says he regrets being in fastway and he hates tlaking about it .hes a huge asshole but has one of the best hard rock voices of all time
has the same effect on me as in 1987,cheers to the music that has saved my life over and over,it has been my best friend when friends turned their backs, when girlfriends walked away, all of life's fading moments..what seems like a big deal now really is nothing after all.ok enough with the therapy talk..great song great record and yeah I liked the movie too
all i have toi say is Fastway is a old favorite of mine i had all there music at 1 time they are very good if you ask me and yes i love the Trick or Treat album and the movies wasnt bad for its time i thaught it was good anyways especially having Ozzy Osbourne as a minister in there movie to funny
the only time i was cool amongst the metal kids back in 87 -88. i played this during a lunch break in the cafeteria after a friend took his own life he was a friend of the metal kids also and a cool moment was had ... just sayin'
Wow. What's the matter with you people? You debate over this when there should be no debate. Take it for what it is... a finely composed piece of hard rock performed magnificently by Fastway. Just enjoy it.
@fatlabmonkey , well this song is off the second fastway album (All Fired Up), so they did write this song, and also the Song ( Helf )from trick or treat is from the self titled Fastway Album.
metal head you are a tard, the album I have says Gene simmons wrote and produced some of the songs.... But glad I can irritate some of you... I love the album and movie !!!!
Sorry for being a bit harsh but I just hate misleading and incorrect information. Gene Simmons IS NOT credited for writing or producing ANY Fastway songs including this entire album. Every song off this album was written exclusively by Fast Eddie Clarke, except "Heft" which was credited to the entire band and this song, If You Could See, was written by Clarke, King and a guy named Jerry Shirley. I still have my original cassette tape, and nowhere does it state Simmons wrote or produced anything.
@TheUSMetalhead yep i have the cassette too all of it is like u said credited to fast eddie and i dont think i hve to stte anyhing gene simmons was in the movie but didnt produce or write any of the songs.its be like saying ozzy produced an wrote these sngs . bt i thnk we can all agree this is a prfect heavy mtal/ hrd rock album and is probabvly fastways best album.and i no its a movie soundtrack but its all original fastway songs and all r played and sang by fastway so i call it a fastway album
@CapitalPunishment657 Ozzy and Gene Simmons appear in this movie but they did no music for it. This is a movie for Fastway. It still rocks the fuck out of the world, respective of those artists.
You're a Metal idiot fatlabmonkey, you should go learn your Metal history before you shoot off your lil trap. The entire Trick Or Treat soundtrack was written by the members of Fastway, not Gene fucking Simmons.
This song is amazing. When i hear it once, it keep on rolling for a long time. Great one, and the singer is great. Why they don't write like they did before?
the last of the best. i can hear this song ringing in my ears every day. i wish they hadnt did the soundtrack, maybe more music would come. i know we all think the same, a group exploding onto the metal scene and they do a movie soundtrack that sent them home forever. rip, i love fastway forever.

it was a nightmare in ohio (U.S.) as well; book and album burnings here; thank god some ppl. stood up for us (blackie lawless, frank zappa and if you can believe it john fucking denver among others), in front of congress against the P.M.R.C. and the "washington wives club". If it wasn't for them we would (seriously), be listening to disney songs and boy bands.
i would have to say geoff tate, paul shortino, sebastian bach, sully, david draiman, laynne staley, mainard keenen....dave king rocks and i would like to throw blackie lawless in cause wasp kicks ass
