I went to a concert of Taj Mahal's when I was a small child. I just recalled his stage name by chance, and looked him up on youtube. This song brings back some very old memories.
I,ve been a fan and a follower of Taj Mahall since the beginning of his career. His is an amazing and unique talent and he is one of a dying breed so take advantage of your chance while you still can. Peace

@8moody1 he´s so badly underestimated it hurts been listing 2 him too from my early teens.. you may know it but listen 2 an early double vinyl- one of´em, called "the folks at home" I think (dont have it anymore) & listen 2 his live version of "stagger lee", you´ll be freaking... dont you worry though, this kind of music will never die as long as pple like "the loose marbles" (young & enthusiatic) & others (kermit ruffins from New Orleans etc. etc.) keep it alive... ragards from europe
