  • you know theres not to many people around like you just watching you work

Deburring i can tell your a real Craftsman i watched a lot of your videos

your real good boy would i have liked to worked with you

  • so this means a thicker gasket is needed right?

  • look at that 4g63 it's fat and thick iron block, not surprised that can endure 500-600hp well built for thousands of miles.

  • I wish you had your shop up here in New Hampshire.

  • Quick question By milling the block so much willit effect the compression ratio? If so is there a way to correct it?

  • @danthaman101 yes it would. you can make up for it by getting different pistons or different size head gaskets.

  • why isn't that an aluminum block?

  • @maika0staretza - Because its and Evo 9 block, the 10's were aluminum.

  • I love a work well done!

  • love that song that plays at 2 12 what is the name of the song ?

  • do this to my block!!!

  • is there a good money as a car repairer in america? its not so good here in finland

  • Knoweldgable techs earn between $38K-over $100K here in the US.

  • How comes some of the other surfacing machines use that oil/cutting fluid. But the block/head skimmer is dry? ;)

  • i think it depends on what youre cutting and the kind of work.?

  • Aluminum you use cutting fluid/ Cast iron is to be cut dry

  • I think because of the small amount of material machined off at a slow pace combined with the fact an engine block has a large mass means nothing should get 'too' hot.

  • oh alright thanks yea im going to school for machine shop and was jus wondering thanks we got a hass cnc machine its alright only 4 way table but were not doing to much speical but thanks for getting back

  • what is under there jus a fly cutter of some sort or something close to that

  • Yes, I use a CBN puck for cast iron and a PCD puck for aluminum.

  • love the sound of the surfacer
