  • lol i love the way he talks with the audience!

  • Tack som fan för denna! Har du mer Queengodis? :)

  • this song is so venomous (if that's even a word) that it showcases the anger and betrayal felt by the band and mercury towards their management at the time it was written. You can almost sense it by the way everyone performs their part that it was a bitter reminder of what they went thru. Either that or they're just the greatest live band ever...

  • Death On Two Legs wasn't performed on the Hyde Park, he just put some of it's lyrics in his vocal improvisation

  • People Insets Them To Do Liar!

  • ...put in stckholm

  • I do not play Queen death on two legs in hyde park.

Freddie Mercury without the sudden in the Prophets song.

  • This is from London'77,Hyde Park.

  • seeing many put into question, from dumbass positions, if this realy is from stockholm -77. I Ivisited the consert (still one of the best efforts i ever seen), i cant guarantee this is correct after so many years, but after only one listening it is a good chanse it is, of course they played this track, the hole consert was spinning around "a night..." & "a day...".

  • @luisangel3100 So Freddie isn't telling the truth at 00:19 where he says "We'd like to do a number that we never done on stage before, this is the first time ever and I think it's nice to [something I can't hear] in Stockholm"?

  • @Alex4uall All touring bands say the same thing though; the song was the first time it was performed for that tour.

  • @Alex4uall "and I think it's nice to do it in Stockholm"

  • @Alex4uall put stuff on I think he says

  • @Alex4uall "Nice to do it in Stockholm"

  • put some pics on with it u lazy ass! lol great post!

  • I love it!!!

    Thank you :-)

    Anna

Lol !

  • Freddie Talking voice

    Phwoar!!

and ive always said muse is the modern idiots Queen

Says the 16yr old in the corner

    But i Love Queen!

And My parents hate them, so im not influenced by them either... Totally my superb music taste!

  • madamemercury123......Do your parents even Know Queen? Because I didn't until a year ago when I saw, no Experienced Freddie / Queen in Queen Rock Montreal. I was totally blown away!!!! And been addicted to them ever since! And I'm way older than your parents!

Once you experience Freddie, there's no going back! He doesn't sing a song, he Becomes the song!! So much passion, charisma, electricity, emotion - pure genius....Nobody like him ever!!!

    FREDDIE'S THE BEST!!!

  • yes, yes they do

    they just dont like it

which is fair enough i s'pose!

but i totally agree with you

  • I agree, he was a one in a kind person the way he sang, and acted on stage. His voice is completely different than most people also, he was a very lucky person to even have the talent he had.

  • You hear this and then think to yourself... indeed, Muse (current British band) is nothing new...

  • Please... lets not compare queen to muse... Muse are a great band and I like them very much... But queen... They transcend the excellence itself... Just incomparable...

  • You misunderstood me. All I was saying was that Muse owes a lot of its ideas to Queen.

  • Completeley... I dont even know why I said that... what I should have said is "you're absolutley right xD..." just listen to United States of Eurasia and Guiding light... Those are queen inspired songs no doubt about it...

  • Variation? And he had to play piano meanwhile too. Sounds good to me.

  • I hate bands who put the albuns on stage... It just shows lack of work and imagination... And I remember in an interview queen saying that they never put the songs as they were in the album, ' cause that way people would rather stay home to listen to the albuns... If you want an album "on stage" go see liking park or another crappy band like that

  • I love the MSN MEssenger beep at 1:21 XD

  • I'm from SCOTLAND!! First gig was Queen 1979 Glasgow Apollo... (Yes, I'm aged..!)

Since then have seen hundreds of gigs, Guns n Roses, Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Nazareth(!), Skid Row, ...

    I could go on....

My favourite band now is Guns n Roses (Yes I know it's only Axl left..) Axl was/IS Guns n Roses...

    But hey, that's another story..

    QUEEN ROCK!!!!!!

  • jajaj, you rock stud!

  • The Cheese rocks!

And of course, so does Queen...

  • Gr8

  • haha man hör att någon loggar in på msn :)

  • Haha glömde nog fixa statusen till upptagen. :o

  • Lyckades du bara rädda ljudet? eller spelades bara ljudet in?

Tack så mkt för den här ;)

  • Bara ljudet som spelades in. :)

  • You got that Right bennyvx08" Their Fuckin Awesome!!!

  • FUCKIN' Greatest band off all time. They excell in rock, pop, blues, rock 'n roll etc etc..

There still missed, especially that guy called mercury, what a musical genious he is.

  • dedicace pour sarkozy

  • There are so meny sarkozyies all over the world...you can only guess for who this song dedacated is..i think that this song is the best for the Government of Lithuania and specially for the prime minister...who is extraordinary dumb ass...

  • we dnt need 2 guess who the song is dedicated to, most of us all know...its dedicated 2 one of their old managers, who ripped freddie off, had no respect 4 freddie, hadnt paid him, need i go on, and on ?.....

  • I know who this song is about...but it was just my interpritation of this song:)))

  • The song is about and dedicated to Trident Music who managed Queen in the early years...Freddie once said of them... "One leaves them behind as one leaves behind excreta."

  • Queen Forever & Ever

  • Did you record this urself?

  • Like that Freddie Mercury names my hometown. Pretty awesome...

Hur fick du tag i dem?

    Dela med dig!!! :D

  • death on two legs was played on the ADATR tour because it was played @ earls Court 6th june 1977

  • This was indeed the FIRST time they play Death on Two Legs live - 08.05.1977 Stockholm, Sweden

This song wasnt included in ANATO or ADATR tours, but they picked it up for The News of The World tour.

    cheers :o)

  • Wow i screwed up a little. This concert was the first show of the europian leg of the ADATR tour - not NTW one. sorry :)

  • death on two legs was played at hyde park 1976 but i can't find the video

  • You say it was in 1977 but "A Night At The Opera" with "Death on Two Legs" in it came out on 1975!!

  • But this song was included to the set in the middle of "A Day at the Races" tour, replacing "Sweet Lady". It is not that uncommon that some songs are being played much later live than they are released. "Love of My Life" for instance, was never played neither during "Opera" nor "Races" tours, it was included to the set in late 1977, for "News of the World" tour.

  • Ohhh ok so the audience know this song.

  • i luv the piano intro to this song :]

  • Neat. I've never heard any version of this song played live in its entirety. Thanks for posting!

  • What a great rarity! Thanks!!

  • jajajaa xd xd LOL somebody sign in msn at second 15 xd XD LOL ROFL

  • have they been in sweden? wherever i search i can't find proof for that they have been, although freddie says "cheers" in swedish (and mention that they are in stockholm)

    very strange 0.o

  • I thought maybe it's not freddie and it's fake 'cause death on to legs came out in 1975 before this show in 1977 but it really sounds like Freddie, hard to tell.

  • Huh? I have the rest of the concert.. Anybody can hear it is Freddie, stop being so stupid.

  • I have visited Queen live in Stockholm 1978,1982 and 1986. The two first at Johanneshov Isstadion and the one in 1986 at Råsunda Stadium (Solna). I also now that Queen have played in Gothenburg and Lund.

  • I love the Victorian symbols and language used on this whole almbum especially this song.

  • I can't help but think 'It's not rare anymore!' Anyway, thanks!

  • where the picture?

  • GREAT RECORDING!!!!!! Thanks man!!! Is this once released on the album 'Queen Invite You To A Night At The Warehouse'?

  • Thanks!

No, it's not released anywhere. Someone from the audience recorded it ;D

  • YOU were recording this???

  • Haha not really. :) Wish it ws me :p

  • brighton rock

  • Okey, I'll upload it tomorrow. :)

  • thats was interesting mate do you have anymore of the concert cheers

  • I have the whole concert, almost same songs as in Earls Court. Which one would you like to hear? =)

  • i'd love to hear it! can you upload it??

  • I will upload Brighton rock in an hour.

Is there a specific song you want to hear?

  • is there any '39? i'd love that. if there's no '39, bring back that leroy brown would do.

  • I'll upload it later, I'm not at home right now :p

  • ok, no prob. thanks anyway..
