Right, but were they debeaked? Debeaking is horribly cruel. We don't know from this video. They still looked cramped, and I agree that some grass would help. Does this place kill all of the baby male chicks like most places do? I'm skeptical about how humane this really is.
Absolutely right! In the typical battery cage, the poor hens can't even move around. This is definitely a turn in the right direction for their benefit.
