The problem here is not that they don't have a choice of what businesses are in Simon Malls. The problem is that they evict depending on whatever they want. They'll leave Spencer's Gifts, which deals in drug paraphernalia, smut, and other garbage, yet they remain. I'm sure there have been thousands of complaints about them. The mall won't say how many complaints they got. Most of the time that means they got few, and just are doing what the owners want them to do, by their political leaning.
