Question - I'm getting my pole soon in Chrome (I would love to have it in silver titanium...but US only carry TG or Chrome >_< ). Do you recommend a 45mm or 50mm? Thanks!! ^_^
@iMechie It depends what your goals are with pole. Do you want to compete, or do u want to do it for fun?
Overall, I recommend beginners go with the 45mm as it's easier to grip. It's always ideal to have both sizes to practice with but the 45mm is more pleasurable to use. If you really want to challenge yourself use the 50mm
i love ur videos!! u explain every detail and body pose which is very important to begginers like me..what exercise do u suggest for strengthening my arms ???? i am not heavy but still i need to be stronger to be able to stay on the pole.. will this come after practise or shall i make some special exercises like the inverted v preps u showed in one of ur videos?? great work my online teacher!!! xoxoxo
Hey DB, loved the tutorial. Haven't got a pole but I like watching these things. Like the others said, it is easy to follow. But I like how you give a nice end to the move (you don't just do the move and that's it). Anyway, keep it up!
Nice tutorial, Dirdy. You always break down the moves so nicely, explain them well...then put it all together. Your tutorials are as much fun as a regular pole dance video!
thank you so much for your tutorials! you are awesome in every way! and happy valentine's day =) <3
