its interesting to watch. I'm an American. yes, many of us are actually interested in foreign events and cultural diversity. Its interesting though to see the social interaction. In the US, its awkward to hug someone you've never met, and we are never that..."touchy-feely" i guess would be the best term, except with people we share closer bonds with. Its an interesting wonder of cultural diversity.

@Nick22pr actually... our king has a very good relationship with almost all the players of the footballl team... you can see he stopped to talk to casillas and pique.... he did the same thing when we won the Eurocup in 2008...

@Hitmonchan107 its really ridiculous. I'm pretty blessed in that sense, because I live in an area thats fairly football (soccer) friendly to go along with basketball and football (American). I get to actually get with friends to watch Barcelona, Milan, Real Madrid, Chelsea, and the World Cups. most of the time tho, you usually get something along the lines of "oh, you're an American, you know nothing about football(soccer)"

@Nick22pr You probably live in California, Oregon or Washington I believe. They have a fair amount of soccer fans there.

North Carolina. much to many people's surprise, there's a lot of soccer support here, even though were a predominately basketball state, followed by football. besides a few states, there's actually a lot of support for soccer in the south.

@Hitmonchan107 there's not quite as much as you'd think. there's this misconception that the south is overrun by hispanic influences. in reality its more in the southwest, cali, and texas. i mean, we do have probably higher percentages than national average, but if you look at our census, were still predominately caucasian by a good 60-70%. We do have a lot of european ancestry here, for obvious reasons, which probably helps play a part. There is a lot of central american influence here tho.

The Spanish Royal Family are loved and respected by Spanish people, because they are the people, good times bad times. Never any scandals or bad press. They are genuinely good and warm people. Images like the ones in this video are just amazing. I am proud to be Spanish, Long live the King, Viva La Familia Real, Viva España.

the spainish royal family looks really cool King Juan Carlos looks so happy and proud that his country won the world cup he is even hugging all the team members it shows that he is really proud of them all. if england won the world cup i doubt you would see queen elizabeth or any other member of the british royal family hugging any of the team members.
