I'm confused.. I thought you was on a low glycemic breakfast. The trainers at the gym I go to said that Bananas are the worst fruit to eat, because it's filled with pure sugar. I'm so confused on the low glycemic diet. HELP !!
@LadyFatabulous Read the book called Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. Bananas make me feel wonderful and do not spike my blood sugar. There is a science behind it but you must study it for yourself so that you can get an understanding. Do what makes your body feel the best no matter what anyone tells you.
I also noticed you doing a lot of cardio...if you want to get in shape faster stop the cardio and start strength training 3 to 4 times a week. You can do cardio intervals to help burn fat. Do 1 minute high intensity and rest for 3 mins. Do 4 sets and that's it.
If you find yourself hungry a hour or so after this breakfast it's because it's all sugar, it's going to spike your blood sugar. Oatmeal with 1tbsp of organic agave nectar is a great weight loss breakfast.
@iamtashafierce Thanks for the comment. I just did a video right before this on talking about that. The fruit makes me feel good. It holds me until lunch with no need to snack in between. Blood sugar is lower than it has ever been while eating lots of fruit and low fat.
