When the world had no technology and everyone lived in tribes they most likely all had different beliefs, laws and an understanding of what is right and wrong. As the world become more civilized different people were able to communicate between one another and being able to share beliefs and laws and what have you. When the world had no technology and everyone lived in tribes they most likely all had different beliefs, laws and an understanding of what is right and wrong. As the world become more civilized different people were able to communicate between one another and being able to share beliefs and laws and what have you. People migrating also have a whole lot to do with it by bringing their own culture into other countries.
