I think they named the sf4 character fei long because bruce lee was called fei long in a film he did.

He is also my favourite character, not many people pick him online so they never know how to play against him!

Or maybe because...the game is made and commercialised in both Europe/US (English Speaking, or in American terms, attempting to speak English :P), and Japan.

If they gave Fei Long Chinese, they'd have to give Every character their own language, which would mean going world wide to find voice actors, resulting in not as much of a potential profit.

Fei Long is Bruce Lee....the name Fei Long means 'Flying Dragon'...Fei Long is an inspired character, based on the legend Bruce Lee...every move, gesture, vocal outcry and body physique that Fei Long has, is right off of Bruce Lee...so basically Fei Long and Bruce Lee are one an the same.

Fei Longs moves are extremely easy to me. It's just down foward down foward + all three punch buttons pressed together to do his ultra.
