Not full because they never sell tickets for it on general sale to stop away supporters being in the home end. you need to 'qualify' for a ticket. They started that after there was loads of trouble in about 2000 odd when they allowed general sale. there was 38,000 there then, which aint bad considering wednesday were near the bottom of the championship
