I just got a free copy from Windows.com and I'm downloading it then putting it into Microsoft Virtual PC 2007!

I'm using Windows 7 x64 on a lapotp lol!!!!

I got 7022 from the pirate bay as I missed the beta, but I did get my key from Microsoft. I gotta say I'm impressed, way better than vista, I even think the beta is worth the upgrade, if you got vista look up on google, you'll be amazied with it. OH if you have a HP Monitor you can use the Touch features.

i got the beta 7000 build myself... and it runs pretty well... only three of my things wont work and thats my webcame, my printer and just my network card i use for gaming but its not that big of a deal for me

I got an invitation from Microsoft connect. This was supposed to be my secondary OS on my desktop computer, but is so good that I use it as my main OS.

Yay for Windows 7! *dances* Bout time we got a half decent OS from Microsoft out. Not that Vista was terrible,but it had a rough start. I hope this version smoothly makes the transition. Thats the thing, the transition has to be smooth.

yeah same here. just make sure you can get a key code from technet right now and you can download it later. neowin has a good direct link to the iso too if you'd rather download it from there...

As long as Windows goes back to the NT based program like XP. XP was the most stable OS windows ever created. Vista has been a pleasant dream then a nightmare then back to planet horror..lol

You can dual boot. About the only way you can use both while preserving your existing Windows without VMs or another machine.

yeah its a prog which u insta on your pc then u instal the os on it it . start it and bobs ur uncle, u need a powerful pc to be able to experince a good os on a virtual machine. google microsoft virtual machine 2007 or vmware
