  • Hi Titli, Love the sense of humour and the simple recipes. A question about the yeast please, do you dissolve it in warm water and keep it for a few minutes before adding to flour mixture? Thanks

  • @symadiha Of course :-)

  • I grew up in Pakistan, and didn't even know how to make Qeema Naan. One thing I would like to add in Titli's recipe, is fresh Cilantro or Coriander leaves. That will make a big difference in taste. I own a restaurant in New York USA. I will be serving this naan soon in my menu. Thank you.

  • @ilovebagpuss2008 Other people have tried this and it seems to work!

  • thankyou so very much for such an amazingly easy recipe!! my husband, who normally finds a whole lot of flaws in my cooking, really loved it, even though i made it on a tawa n stove (as i dont have an oven) and didnt use yeast (didnt have it at home n was really dying to try the recipe out) and also, i didnt use water at all n used more of yogurt. instead of 1/4th cup, i used 3/4th cup n skipped water altogether...what a lovely, soft textured n yummy nan it was!! thankyou so very titli aunty...

  • Hi Titli, I love your recipes and your Cheery disposition when cooking. Do you have a good peshwari naan recipe. Also, can ghee be substituded with something else.

    Thanks

  • @janemarten100 Use butter instead of ghee, and at some point I'll do Peshwari Naan :-)

  • i thought you won't use an oven...

  • @holdmyhandsforever My grill is part of my oven, but I don't use the "oven" part in this recipe. The naan is not "baked"
