Things have changed in Uncle Tans in the past few years. Walkways and pool tables eh,,, positively 5 star these days! I bet the wild pigs still show up for meal times though right???

Maybe you are confused as they do close every year for the rain and rising water. Thats why the staff quaters is so high above the ground, the rest gets about 2 meters submerged. It has just subsided when I last went and the water lever to the oxbow lake dropped every day until we left. :)

I was there 3 weeks go. I don't think they are closing down. They were telling us that they have loads people coming in everyday.

I was there in 2006, a shame I Heer the camp is closing, Lan, Eugene and the other guides mad us feel welcome and we had a great time... loved it!
