Why did the Easter Bunny leave his backpack?

I had an Alf kite at one time. I think I flew it once with my grandpa. Don't really remember for sure.

The Easter Bunny left his backpack because you're supposed to fill it with cookies. He's tired of Santa gettin' all the perks!
