I love your all videos, but sometimes I can't understand, what do you say, 'cause my english is crappy ^^' Can you tell me what is that thing what u put in the box? I think you called it "cold pack" or what. What does it do? How is it works? Where can I buy it? Really thank you for helpful videos!

P.s.: Sorry about the faults of spelling ^^'

  • Sure!

That is a heatpack, you take it out of the wrapper and shake it up and it creates heat, you can buy them at:

    superiorenterprise(Dot)com

    40-hour to ship express

    60-hour to ship priority

  • @tarantulaguy1976 -- Really big thank you!!

  • Really big thank you to you for watching the vids!

  • awesome vid dude it helped me alot

  • ha. her face showed on camera. :P

  • wow that really helped. thanks :)

  • i just found your channel, i love spiders, but i noticed you said you are from st louis just thought it was neat (presuming you mean st louis mo) i live in the metro east

  • I live in columbia IL...5 mins from St. louis.

  • i worked at UPS and ill say first hand.. u didnt even fully express how the boxes r treated...im ashamed to say i tossed a few around in my day but i was young only 18 haha...never with live or fragile stuff tho...bottom line is its someones SOMETHING...good video...I SAW UR WIFES FACE..nothing to be ashamed of..im a fan of thick framed glasses ne ways.. lol

  • "never had a DOA" *knock on wood plox* :)

  • Oh! How much would shipping be to California? (Santa Clara County) I'm SO excited!!

  • Around $25-$30 for Express mail...

  • wow. All well, still gonna get them. :-)

  • Neat! I showed my mom this video. She was very curious how my tarantulas would get packed and shipped. I might just get 2-4 P. irminia slings sometime this month. Will wait on getting any pokies, not that I'm afraid of them, but I am afraid of my mom and she would not like one of those in her house! X-D Your wife's a champ I'd say!

  • i love it that your whole family is in on the hobby. great bonding moments. you guys really enjoy this.

thanks. looking forward to more videos as always.

p.s. rosea is gravid, albopilosum still isnt showing gravid signs

  • Congrats on the gravid rosie!!!

  • lol. that was quick! i havent finished watching this video.

is there a possibility of getting RCF rosies if only the male is RCF? the famale is normal brown.

    thanks man.

  • this was really helpful! thanks :D

  • Great video 5*

  • A good thing we have in Poland is train transport, you give a package to the conductor he keeps it in the compartment all the way and gives it to the person at the station. No throwing etc, always arrives safe. (not trains used for transport, these are single packages you can give to the guy who checks tickets, he will keep it safe in the compartment)

  • adding to favorites lol! Can you get your wife to do a tutorial on her techniques on using the moss and how she dresses up her water dishes? That vid would be a hit i know for a fact! anywho hope to see it soon!

  • Wow i cant belieive i just watcehd a 19 minute video about packing

    lol

it was a very informational video though.

    5*****

  • Your wife is awesome!

  • awesome video. i saw that sneeky move when you got your wife on camera.lol well keep up the awesome videos. they do help

  • lol i agree with the box bashing rob they really do i had a glass tank that come broken despite the fragile labels, keep the vids coming mate thanks

  • your exactly right rob

  • i hate styrofoam! sheesh

  • I love how you always say "Alright guys!" right before and at the end of the videos.

    :D

  • It's a habit LOL

  • hell yeah they throw the boxes around like a football. I have a friend that use to work for a shipping company and he told me its all about speed how fast they can load up the track. fragile don't mean nothing to them.

  • That sucks!!!! it realy does!

  • hell yes fragile means throw it around. i bought a guitar off ebay from a guy who had sold me 3 or 4 before. i got every single one prior to that. but the most expensive one i bought arrived it 3 pieces. How the fuck do you break a guitar in shipping? well even though it wasnt his fault he replaced it and used a different shipping company.

  • This is way off topic but it just came to me. Is there a difference in temerament and attitude between wild caught and captive bred ts?

  • awsome vid rob ,how is the singapore blue doing in her new home ? cheers ,mat

  • She just sits there!!!

  • LOL 6:10 "Its Getting Deeper" LMAO

  • WOW That Male Got BIG since that bite

  • He got huge!!!!

  • yah its true i work in shiping and it does not matter if it says fagile or not we treat them all the same

  • Is there anyway change that?? Thanks for the info!!

  • cute doggies are they spaniels beagles or something like that

  • There are American Pitbull terriers!

  • Great video Rob, I love it. It is really helpful. :)

  • Great video Rob. Always top notch! Will help me a lot in the future. Thanks

  • I'm in management at an unnamed parcel service(u.p.s.) and I know for a fact that no one has the time to pay attention to the stickers on the boxes, but to give you some insight on shipping T's better we take REALLY good care of next day packages.

  • That is great info....thank you!!!

  • very good video!

but i hate the sound at 11:50 x)

  • LOL...I agree!!!

  • Hey Rob! Got your wife packing I see? XD Nah that's awesome. Good how to guide. It'll ensure that the people who watched will be more prepared when sending a T.

  • hey i recognize that catch cup :D LOL.

great tutorial rob, this'll be great for the newbies in the hobby. great job.

where do you get the fragile stickers from?

  • Yep that was yours!!! I get those fragile stickers at "office max" $3.00 for 60!

  • ahh, i think we have one of those stores here..gotta check it out, thanks.

  • Kinko's as well has them I believe!!

  • rob, i can see you really do care about the Ts you ship

    and yes...DOAs do suck

ive had received a few myself

    :(

  • Thank you! I have been lucky so far!!

  • 10 star* video man. I'm not in the shipping business but I really appreciate your videos. Like so many other in the trade do. Keep it up =D Cheers

  • Thank you, I appreciate that!

  • how comes your video is longer than 10 min

  • I am in parnership with youtube....I can have a 1 hr vid.

  • Thank you!!!

  • Great video!

The way I have found to stop the people from throwing them around is too right "Live Tropical Fish" on the box, because no one wants water all over there truck.

  • Nice ^^

  • god i h8 the noise thatr stirofoam makes lol ( excuse the spelling ).

Sweet vid 5* very informative and generally interesting to watch :)

  • I agree....it is a very bad sound!!

  • good info

  • you must put a vid on your new p. metallica!

  • Awesome video dude, very helpful! Loved the demo of how they handle the boxes in transit, very true! No better over here in the UK either!

Also planning to do some breeding and the such, so very useful.

Keep posting, always checking youtube to see if you have posted any new videos! lol.

  • Thank you & thank you for taking the time to watch the vids!!!

  • Your videos have taught me more than reading any book, so thank you!

How did you get in to the hobby by the way? And how long have you been doing it?

  • I started collecting wolf spiders....then tarantula's LOL....I have been in the hobby for 22 years!

  • good video it helpt not that i have planned to send some t's but still good video

  • Great video Rob lots of useful information I don't pack T's for shipping personally but I do plan to in the future cause I am going to breed and sell T's eventually in a few years or so and will for sure use these useful methods that you show in this video thank you so much for making it can't wait to see your next video man peace for now

  • If it helps only one person then the videop is justified....we are all in the hobby together and should always try to help eachother out!! just like when I needed help with the lizards....you guys helped me drasticaly!!!
