Then the pouch is fake and the "nanodots'' you bought are fake. If they are not even sturdy in a cube, then they are definatley neocube. The guys i bought them from did the exact same thing. My magnets were fading, chipping and not sturdy in a cube at all. Contact them telling them about your issue and explain that they only came with a pouch but not the box and if you are lucky, they might be willing to offer you a brand new set of black nanodots from their website. are you sure you bought nanodots? I had the same issue, but then I discovered that the nanodots i had were made by other people than nanodots, but had the same pack and pouch included. I contacted the nanodots company about it and so they said that if I send them my set, they will send me a brand new set from them.If yours are nanodots bought off thenanodots(DOT)com, still contact them about it. They will make everything right. :)

Were they in the official pack? with an official pouch? If so, those liars took the official nanodots out of the pack and put a neocube inside. I had the exact same problem. My ''nanodots'' were fading and the coating was chipping. Contact the nanodots company telling them about it, and they will make it all right.

i bought nanodots and i looked at the pack.I noticed it was exactly the same like yours but if you look on other peoples reviews,the pack has some differences eg: where it says 216 ndfeb magnets on yours(and mine) it usually says element 216 and where it normally says magnetic micro constructors it says magnetic constructors,like on mine.(and yours)
