She was a special guest performer at the Macedonian NF for 2010. They had a few ESC singers there as an interval act. Juliana was one of the singers presenting her song.

As for the stage being ugly and simple.... Well so was the real Eurovision stage.

But MKTB isn't a broadcaster with a lot of money. They have had financial troubles in the past so they work with what they can. But I think they need to buy more up-to-date camera equipment. Because the cranes shake to much.
