I call bullshit. There are subtle differences that show that this is Stepmania with the SuperNova theme. Like how the background always reverts back to Red, and how the rotating part around the AAA was un-animated.

You most likely used the Computer Input to get a perfect score, and edited some metrics within the game engine (easy as hell to do, I've done it) to make it not appear on -screen.
