@LilMsAnna Actually that cute lil' pig is not brown but a golden agouti...its a type of breed, but it also has to do with their hair color. In the sun their hair is actually almost blond with black tips. It's really pretty. My wife and I got a pig that looks just like that one and thought it was just a basic American short hair, but when we took him outside we were surprise when his fur changed color.

I miss my pigs. Just not very good with handling frail animals. I had a small family, and dropped two. One got a punctured lung and the other temporarily lost the ability to use its hind legs. after they healed I had to give them away, I couldnt let that happen again :(

This guinea pig reminded my guinea pig Jenni she looked like that when i carried her but now shes dead from old age and i didnt know until my parents told me cause i found her dead and i cant stop crying cause she was my bestfriend and there was this really speical thing i loved about her was when i cry she would lick my tears away and she makes me feel better but now i dont have a guinea pig that will comfort me like that..

They do that because when they process their food they produce a nutrient in the poop and they get that by eating it. Alse they do that if they are out of their cage to keep the area around them clean.
