@hacksign23 they are still new to the game. less than a years exp. not only that look at some high level guys, show me how much Buvaysar Sietev bends his knees. sure, you should bend you knees more and they have much to learn still but they are getting pretty tuff.
@jscioli83 true true. well speed and technique almost always prevails. but yea, it's good form and what not. do you teach them freestyle or folkstyle?
@hacksign23 well its a bjj academy so mostly greco and freestlye takedowns. any sort of pure wrestling style moves that do not apply in bjj i bascially omit. so tilts and pinning combonations are pretty much out. altho from time to time ill put them thru some gutwrench drills and stuff for tuffness and to work explosion. thanks.
@jscioli83 man I know for sure that a power half and double leg hooks are seriously painful. plus, it's legal in folkstyle. you teach anyone that kind of stuff?
