holy shit i remember having this one i feel 13 years old again....but can anyone tel me what the demo was called that had an old guy shoot a gurglers head off i need to find it.
All I remember about this demo, is that it was hard to get a copy. The Fileformat was in Raw format and was tough to copy. I think I could only get Disk 1, it was a two disk demo.
In 1992 Mark / X-RATED (c64) used the same 'stranger Eddie' pic and the same style of IRQ loader in his Megademo 3 ... nevertheless his routine was ripped from a BABOONS loader ... ts!
hehe, I still remember when I put in my Red Sector Megademo disk into the Amiga drive just to listen to the music. Damn, those were the days... I guess I'm getting old... :)
im looking for a demo. cant really remember. But they were three chickens who did humanbeatbox. and also a man sitting on a toilet. Does anyone know the name of the demo. plz mail me her on youtube. thx
Yeah.. this was one of the things that made life worth living :) Have been watching it on and off since 1989 when I first got hold of it.(hell, it took forever with a 300 baud modem :) Ahh... thoose were the days...
Btw, the Red Sector megademo was even featured in the fall of 1989 in the SwedishTeleVision (ALL COMPUTER)show "Bit for bit"... now, THAT'S BIG! :))
Hey, Did you know that this is Eddie from the Metal Band Iron Maiden? Taken from the Single "Stranger in a Strange Land" , very cool to see this, though i never had this game on my Amiga
Hey Todd, this is fantastic, great quality video, so much that it inspired me to splash out on some software to record the video to my computer, and some more software to rip the soundtrack so I can have it on my iPod or playing in the car. :)
One demo I have looked long and hard for but can't find online, at least not as a video, is Digital Lethal Exit. Have you got that one on your Amiga?
