  • Annie has nice tits

  • dude annie duke is hot

  • @soylentgreenistasty1 Yes she is

  • Lederer what a douche.

  • Annie Duke what a biatch.

  • Lederer's a moron, he's not slowplaying his threes, he's just playing like a nit like he always does. If he really thought he had the best hand he can shove and take Chan off of his hand so Chan can't spike the river. I would want to see the look on Lederer's face if an ace hit the river.

  • weee di it man! haha love scotty

  • Btw, I love these commentators. Real good team, nice voices and funny while not overdoing it. +1!

  • gotta call BS on lederer. you didn't "slow play" pocket threes at that point. you were being cautious. stop trying to act like a badass.

  • 100% Deposit Bonus up to $500 Free at Party poker - Bonus code: DEAL500

  • Is that Mattasow screaming "we did it" at 9:23?????

  • @cabdolla That IS HIM!

  • @cabdolla mike paid a third of his entry fee

  • anyone know the song playing in the beginning?

  • mcbride didn't play the board -as he said-, he had 8s full of Qs

  • @wtf he didnt have 8s full of queens what are u on about?

  • @HoopiesGoThrough my bad, i thought he held pocket queens... i now see it is QT

  • Wow Howard Lederer STFU douche! Slowplaying the 3's? Are you fucking serious ? The opponent has MINIMUM 6 outs and possibly more and you're gonna "slow-play" that shit? GTFOH

  • seriously? fuck you annie duke

  • Whats so sick about folding TT there...

  • Why is Raymer in the intro? He sucks so much with his fake glasses. Just be a man and not a pussy with stupid special made glasses. I hate him so much!

  • Lol @ 9:07 he looks like some kind of 90's Asian pornstar LMAOOOO

  • she got 3:1 on her money, so even if his range was ak-jj, or any other 2 overs combo, she won. The guy v scotty wasn't drawing dead, the j of hearts gave him a q hi strt flush..... espn has so many retards.

  • thats scotty baby!

  • i think micro expressions are more important than actually "tells"

  • I have a friend who tells me that he knows my tells, he won't tell me what they are, naturally, but I have pretty good success against him, especially since I became a better player. Tells aren't that valuable, in my opinion. I mean, if you know a player that says they can read your tells, it's so easy to mess with them. I have a friend who thinks I never bluff, so when the time's right, I do and he usually folds.

  • @MrJulius72 lol 'he knows my tells but wont tell me waht they are' thats just bullshit u realise that right? that just means he knows shit.

  • @VinzorBE Well, I guess we'll never know because he won't tell me. I love these players that sit there for five minutes after you place a huge bet. Just call it or fold. You don't have to sit there an eternity. And they'll sit there and say something like, "let me look at you. Do you have it or are you bluffing." And that takes forever, too. Stop being so full of yourself and just play.

  • tt isnt a horrible hand. It's not a dominating hand, but if you're up against just one player in a tournament, tt isn't THAT bad. I probably would have gone all in, especially if my chip count was low. What people aren't factoring in here is what if another ten came on the flop? We'll never know, of course. And this idea of tells. That always annoys me with poker players. How they can tell. First off, figuring out someone's tell doesn't win you money, it just prevents you from losing it.

  • The reason the best players in the world are great isn't because of tells, in my opinion, it's because they know what cards NOT to play. Anyone can play 4 of a kind or boats, it takes knowledge and awareness to know what hands aren't strong. Once I figured that out, I became a better player. You can have all the tells on me in the world, but if I can read the board and know what hands are good, I'll be successful, and so will most people. Trash-talking and intimidation is so overrated in poker.

  • julius....ive made tons off tells!

  • 9:22 mike is so funny

  • i dont think Annie Duke made an amazing play....she had to fuckin fold....why do so many ppl think 10-10 is that amazing of a hand....if he is risking his tournament life he most likely had 10-10 beat.....i doubt she ever seen a "tell" from him.....she is just trying to make herself look good

  • @theU133 well she was getting 3:1 on a call. So if Raymer had the following hands:jacks, queens, kings, aces, she would actually be a 4:1 underdog and it would be a bad call. But thats only if he had any of those 4 hands. If he had anything else she should make the call. 4 hands is a pretty small range and she make a great call. The fact she was getting 3:1 and had a big pair made the call so hard.

  • @samueljue easy fold man, easy easy easyyyyyy fold

  • you call it gonna be all over baby!

  • "I decided to slow play my two 3's..." EPIC, EPIC! hand

  • @corky2002 "I was slowplaying my ace high against Dwan"

  • @corky2002 hahaha

  • @corky2002 too bad he doesnt play like this anymore..

  • Howard was sharp as hell when he was young. I wave a feeling he's loosing a little of his edge, or competition is just getting a little stiffer. Gotta love both annie and howard tho.

  • she didnt need a tell.. raymer was a pretty tight player.. only did verry sure fire plays... she should tell the part were there was a 10 k and a rag on the flop and she want all in with a pair of pocket 8s against a calling station

  • matasow at 9:22

  • wow smoking and drinking at the final table you got to love the 90's

  • yeah that was so cool

  • @domainalias COME TO SOUTH FLORIDA, I GUESS YOU CAN SAY ITS STILL THE 90'S HERE THEN

  • @domainalias everything about the past is better than the present or future. That's the whole reason the concept of nostalgia exists. the world of today sucks

  • @klaasdeboer that what those glasses are suppossed to do make the opponent wonder wtf are those glasses and they lose their focus

  • Youtube got many Poker Pros fa sho :D

  • 10 10 is not very good hand

  • 10,10 is not a hand to call all in with in a cash game, but in a tourny like that, its very strong because most players will push all in with almost any pair or a big ace. nice fold stfu

  • wow... folding TT preflop... incredible... I can't believe it.

  • ha no shit, OMG, fuckin live players

  • I saw folded QQ proflop

  • is not that bad...isnt a good hand

  • I wish McBride had Quads and slowrolled that dumb Asian's drunk ass on national tv.

  • i swear the celebrity deathmatch commentators are based on chad and mceahern

  • Interesting that Annie sees that fold as winning the tournament. I've seen it and thought the one where she had A9 against Hellmuth was the winner. He hit a pair of aces, she caught 2-pair. He folded and showed the ace, she showed the 9, and he thought he made a bad fold. He was on tilt the rest of the tournament.

  • Folding pockets tens isn't such a big deal.

  • of course folding tens is a big deal with 3 : 1 pot odds, which means she thinks she play against an overpair at least 5 of 6 times

  • @mickaelx99

It is when its to tripple up

  • @mickaelx99 It is at a final table while getting 3 to 1 odds.

  • @mickaelx99 but raymer can go all in with anythink

  • @mickaelx99 yes it is when ur getting 3 to 1 and in that situation genius

  • @albpeter

Lmao. Depends on the type of player. Tens are a pretty low pair, dude. Only QQ, KK, and AA really make that situation work. Too much of a call to make -- either a coin-flip or you're dominated.

  • @mickaelx99

No it isn't, but if she would've called and lose as an 80% underdog, she wouldn't win the tournament later on.

  • @mickaelx99 It is, so far in the tourney when you got 3:1 to call and he could have any pair, it's a tough spot.

  • @DarKmaster9999 he is so right

  • Comment removed

  • Scotty the drunk douchebag

  • 9:22 / 9:23 , is that Mike Matusow??

  • yeah

  • yes

  • bad fold, kk never holds up vs tt

  • what is tt????

  • 10 10 T=Ten

  • what the fuck are u talking about :P... pocket kings dominate tt

  • no i always lose to them, they hit another ten or QJ98 or something

  • you call its gonna be all over baby

  • Matusow staked Scotty 50% of the buy in thats why he said "We did it man"

  • exactly

  • Agreed. Slowplay for WHAT? If you're ahead you're probably facing something like 14 outs. Why give it for free ?

  • lmao if you're facing 14 outs, you're NOT the fav. to win the hand HAHAHAHAHA noob.

  • IF you're 100% sure you are ahead, you are facing 14 outs and only favored 68%. You're gonna slow-play a hand that's only 68%?

But wait, you are not 100% sure you are ahead. Let's just say you are 80% sure you are ahead. If you're behind, you are probably 4.55% to win the hand.

    (0.80)*(0.68)+(0.20)*(0.05) = 55.4%

    (ctnd...)

  • if you're favored 68% you're a 2 to 1 fav. those are good enough odds for me. Especially if you're 100% sure. where did the 4.5% come from? I never liked howard anyway lol. But if i KNOW im ahead, I will usually put my opponent on a narrow range of hands, and can make a good lay down if i ever get behind, otherwise, I'll make a profit.

  • How do you "know" something? In Poker there is no "know", you have to assess your opponents on a set of hands and then assess probability to each possibility, and then do weighted average.

If Howard said he called with his 3's as a float to bluff on the river if a scare card comes or if his opponent shows weakness, I would respect him more because now he's soul reading and playing on his opponent's cards. (ctnd...)

  • (...ctnd) But instead, he has to be a douche about it and says he was "slow-playing" his underpair. Then checks river, giving his opponent a chance to a free showdown.

  • (...ctnd) That's why Howard Letterer is a douche. If I made millions selling a book and I was on TV I too would play like a complete tool, and every now and then, once in a blue moon I'd be right and that's the hand I would use to talk trash on TV.

You don't "slow-play" hands you think you are 60% or 68% to win, you normally raise them to shut out your opponent's 30-40% to add the pot to your stack, or at least to make them pay enough so that that one time they hit, they'd have paid more.

  • plz don't do the "(ctnd)" thing, just condense what you have to say, it's not an essay writing contest. So there is no "know" in poker? That's it? Absolutely no possibility to that? Playing poker with you must be like taking a math test; boring

  • You're damn right it's a math test. Every single poker tournament is a long math test that gets rewarded with cash at the end. And if you're not "bored" during a poker tournament, you're either playing too many hands and about to go broke, or going on a sick heater.

  • Sometimes in tournaments, even when you get an "A" on this long test, you can still lose. Me no like.

  • It has been really hard for me not to cash in MTTs lately. All those squares just trying to survive and make the money and giving me their blinds.

Sure your AA will get cracked once in a while. Or your KK will run into AA. But in the long run, if you have my skills, you can't lose! My sharkscope ability is 93/100 ("A+").

  • lucky you, it's hard for me to cash when I go against players that won't fold Ax from 1st position. I usually go out with KK, like when the SB called my raise, bet the 7 5 4 rainbow flop, and called my shove with A 10 to catch it on the river.

  • Yeah I got out with KK against AQ or Ax in the clutch many times. But more often than not, the donk will double me up and I will be the captain of the table. Really hard not to finish deep once your the captain and in the dominant position to attack the medium stacks.

  • 8:52

  • thats what i just said, you have a 50/50 chance, getting 3 to 1 on your money. you have to make that call 9 times out of 10, its just mathematically correct

    buddy

also, learn 2 reading comprehension, fuck.

  • I dont think the 10s was such an impressive fold at all. I mean I would probably fold 10s even if I know he might have AQ AK or AJ, its a coin flip anyway. So the only hands I have dominated with 10s are any lower pocket hand. I dont like to gamble and put my whole tournament at risk on a coin flip. It would have been an easy fold for me

  • bull...shit

  • if u throw away a coin flip when youre getting 3 to 1 on your money, you dont understand basic mathematics and will never succeed in poker.
