If you were actually listening, you would hear that his voice isn't perfect in this performance, the reason why it sounds the same is because the auto-tune is on, so it partially corrects any pitch problems and smooths out his voice

Was actually at the filming of this show. The FNP rocks but that is an aside.

Mika was brilliant. He was asked to perform this about 3 or 4 times and each time he was brilliant. It was clear it was a live performance when he was needed to stop during the performance.

Fantastic! Absolutely phenomenal, Mika is the balls. Love that man, he is great in a live performance. I love how expressive he is with his body and voice. Love him. And though he has a "punchable face" according to some, its one that could get more tail than most men would ever dream of.

Actually your both right, because of technical issues he used a chorus backing track which played ceratin parts of the song (backing singers, modulated voices, women talking). All in all he did a fantastic job. Theres not many performers out there that can pull it off!!!
