The Hague convention is being used to bring back children fleeing the UK to escape social workers.

Illegally used. Not giving access to both sides to a trial.

Kidnapping young children.

The Police are led by the SS. So maybe we need to make that connection very uncomfortable for the police.... and trash the careers of those who act without impartiality.

If the evidence of the family courts, is 50% of cases are wrong, they're using police powers, but not on criminal levels of evidence.

The press are siding with us. The Times campaign has been superb.

The Daily Mail is running these stories.

Social workers are running "take a break" campaigns. The easy answer to that is anyone who buys take a break stops buying it.

We do need the press on side. This is such a huge travesty that the public will sit in disbelief for a year or so. But the cracks are showing.

CAFCASS admitted they might not be around in a year.

I couldn't beleive what I heard in court a month ago.

CAFCASS said the organisation was in such disarray that it couldn't make any promises longer than a year, as it might not be around.

CAFCASS don't even think they'll survive...

Guess the bad news is travelling.... and who will replace them?

If it's the god awful CORAM (UK's 3rd largest adoption agency) then our problems just got worse.

We want criminal style evidence levels, and jury trials before kids are taken... we KNOW how to fix it.

Lies and perjury are normal. I can't name you one person who's had a FACTUAL SS or CAFCASS report.

I'd be more surprised to find a factual report as it's unheard of. Usually the SS employ ommissions, bias, skew, reporting all data in a slanted version to skew the data before the Judge.

The Judge will read only negative things about you, as that's what the SS need. The teams mentioned above will tell you how to "trip" up the SS. They won't like it, but why should perjury be allowed?

Your feelings were probably right.

There are a lot of "deals" done behind the backs of parents between barristers, judges and the SS.

Your own legal team might have been part of the deal, this too is not unheard of.

Did you manage to google for forced adoption and families for justice. Your 2 contacts would be Ian Josephs and John Hemming MP. Also parents first, and Yusuf. All these teams would understand EXACTLY what you're saying as they've seen this in action.

In every case when a nation bans private ownership of firearms, the same thing happens: CPS Agents go berserk by stealing thousands of children. The Courts side-step legal jurisprudence for their own sick agenda. NEVER give up your guns! We've seen what happens after confiscation time and again.

The only way to get your kids back is #1 if they are too old. Once they reach a certain age where CPS can't make them forget you. Or #2 if they are truly abused they are considered UNMARKETABLE. There are no laws to protect you. I have been everywhere and talked to everybody and all I ever here is I am sorry ma'am it is out of our jurisdiction which means these people don't have a boss. They can continue to do what they want when they want.

The social workers consider younger children "malleable", or that's the word they used about my daughter.

Until the child can instruct personal solicitors and take on the system, the SS can act as dictators destroying the child's life.

However, we aim to turn the tables on the SS. By empowering children.

Good luck to the mum who's in court Friday. her 13 year old son is using Mabon v Mabon to fire his GAL (Guardian).

It's a sad day when children have to sue the SS to be heard.
