  • Are these doors the same on the DC-9, MD-80, and MD 90?

  • bayonet o.o

  • umm ok

  • is the 717 door the same as the 737?

  • what is a bayonet?

  • @planeman009 its the locking handle that will lock the door when the handle is in place

  • @planeman009 the bayonet is the locking mechanism that keeps the door open.

  • what is csm?

  • cabin services manager (senior flight attendant)

  • are also on the plane or they outside to check?

  • They are on the plane. It stands for Cabin Service Manager but in simpler terms, it basically just means the head flight attendant. So, the one who's in charge of the other flight attendants on that flight.

  • thanks!

  • could you get the Bombardier q400 on here thanx

  • usually the 717 dosent need a jetway, they use the movable stairs for all 717's that are still operating.

  • That depends on the airport and airline. All the capital city airports in Australia have aerobridges and Qantas has terminals in all of those airports.

  • Oh yeah? Try walking down a flight of stairs from any plane with ice covered steps and snow being blown sideways by 30 mph gusts. Like in Buffalo, NY that Air Trans flies services! Or JFK, Washington, Atlanta,......

  • I don't understand why you're replying to me.... or what it has to with anything i've said

  • "....usually the 717 dosent need a jetway..." prompted my comment. I'm flying from Ft. Myers, Florida to Buffalo, New York next week in an Air Tran 717. Stairway boarding on the 1st, enclosed jetway on the 2nd due to severe cold and snow. I've read about the 717, excellent aircraft although unpopularity with carriers led to poor sales, and want to a fly in one before they go out of service. Picked a specific airline and flight that has one. No offense intended by my poorly worded posting.

  • That's fine it's just that i got the email saying you replied to my comment so i couldn't understand why...

  • no, airtran uses jetways for their 717's at just about all of the airports

  • @ExperimentalArmy 717 is a new airplane, came out about 6 years ago.

  • @2204Alpha Actually the first 717 aircraft delivered to Australia was in 2000 so they have been about for longer than 6 years.

  • @ExperimentalArmy flew on five different ones on airtran and there was a jetway for all, are you talking about just qantas or all airlines?

  • is it possible to get a 737-400 and 737-800 video?? it would be nice to see if there are any "innovations" over the different modles... thanx

  • nah, they are exactly the same, the only noticable difference is the extra long body

  • ok... i thought they may of gotten sick of opening cabin doors and fitted the auto one... lol :) thanx for ur replys!!!

  • Video was filmed at night. Exterior shots at daytime

  • thats correct, good eye

  • Thanx to reading moviemistakes dot com, I get a good eye
