God loved man but hated sin. God placed all of His wrath upon Jesus on the Cross. Everything that God hated was placed upon Him. This is why Jesus said it is finished. Because of Jesus we are now in right standing with God. We were made joint heirs to all He has because of the finished works of the Cross. God never desired to pour out His wrath...but He will. He desires that no man should perish. 2 Pet 3:9 But as we well know from the scriptures that many men will perish. X stands for CH.

it might be that X stands for Christ, but thats not how I made up the word "Xtian". the problem with most christians is they gladly accept & say their christians but in fact they rarely die to self & only have Christ as an accessory to their lives, instead of Him being their whole life.

Now if more believers sold out to Jesus and started acting like Him in everything, then perhaps the X could stand for Christ - but before we do that, a lot transforming has to happen.
