try using Veils and modest dressing for women.. Lower gaze for both...
and early marriages....and may be more than 1 marriages for men.. Women usually dont need more than 1 as opposed to men.
Otherwise No chance of a solution...! Only preparing more and more psychos.. and perversion at heart...
