Greed has pretty much ruined the town. 5 day minimum stays are the norm. I used to love to go for a 2 or 3 day weekend getaway. Now, that's impossible in the summer. They are so greedy that a Bostonian can go to Europe for a week airfare included for what it would cost them to spend a few days there. Sad. It is a great place, that priced it's charm away.

What this video doesn't tell you is the "creative" artist's community and portuguese communities are being forced out by gentrification.
