  • So... what keeps your fuel from oxidizing inside the tank?

  • @sadeyedangel Pressurizing the tank up with compressed c02 or other intert gas prevents blowback to the device, and not getting to a point where im shooting bursts of air doubles the safety.

  • @sadeyedangel

Where do you get your CO2 from?

  • dude i made one with a pvc tank can i send you video by text

  • @heatedhonda1 Be careful with that, gasoline eats the pvc away, itll become a bomb sooner or later. If you DO go pvc, de-natured alcohol is the only real thing you can use efficiently. Plus it has a beautiful blue flame.

  • @DeceptioN1337 now a dark red flame- that would be something.

  • did you hear me?WITH MY 22 YEAR OLD BROTHER!!!!!

  • im freakin 10 years old and i want to build this awsome thing

with my brother so bad!!!!anyway thanks for posting this video! and

how far do the flames go?please respone to me!

  • @meanbillydeane your 10 dude. you do not need to burn down your parents place ..

  • @meanbillydeane 10 is dope iz batter at an erly start

  • If you want more range- make a mixture of 50% gasoline and 50% diesel, burns about 1.8 times longer, from my molotov tests. Napalm burns 3-4 times longer than gasoline. I haven't tried it, but if did, i'd make sure i use very soft styrofoam, so it's not too dense.

And if you wanna go soviet russia style, use black powder booster instead of a pressure tank to get the max range and less weight.

  • how much psi do u use

  • @344airsoft it was 80-100

  • have ta ask, whats the sweet music playing?

  • @GokuGreg2001 says in the video. Its 'absent are the saints' by 36Crazyfists

  • @DeceptioN1337 bwahaha,i got owned right there.Folks just dont read the information and descriptions.Thank you.

I must ask,the most complicated part is the tire valve and pressurizing the system. How did you go about attaching the tire vavle to the steel piping?

  • @GokuGreg2001 Go to an automotive store, and get a steel valve with rubber bushing that you can tighten with a nut on the inside, and drill a hole through the cap/pipe/spot of your choice, thread it through and tighten it down.

  • legit flamethrower...

  • hey man u should poest a vid on how well my mix works in it bc i am going to make me one twice the size if it looks good and poest it up here

  • the sistirofome cups r the thickener bc they melt down in to the mix and congil the desol is there to bern hotter and longer the gas is ther to egninght the desol and to melt the cups

  • in soviet russia you dont make flamethrower... FLAMETHROWER MAKE YOU!

  • where did you get the tire valve at jw

  • @69mattstewart can you get one off a bike tire

  • @69mattstewart i got it at an auto parts store. it was like 5$ for 2 stainless steel ones with rubber seals.

  • what do you mix the gas with?

  • @oldstock1607 nothing. this is just plain unleaded gas

  • @DeceptioN1337 interesting. i was always told that you needed a thickener of some sort for the gas. Apparently not.

  • @oldstock1607 I use a small nozzle, and light it with a propane torch. burns hotter and lights it up more efficiently than just a standard lighter

  • are you tryin to blow yoself up

  • u can take gas mixed with desol take 1/2 gal of both and bout 5 0r 10 stirofome cups or as meny until it is as thick as u want and let them melt cumpletly in the mixtur then let that sit for bout 10 min i u want it mor stikky u can add dish soap in with it to

  • song used at end?

  • @XxRedemptionnx its "absent are the saints" - 36 crazyfists

  • why not be safe and have a machine shop make an adapter for the threads, J-B weld is not a good idea under pressure, what would happen if that thing blew apart and soaked you with gas then caught fire....bad bad bad bad idea.....

  • @savagenomore JB weld is meant to stand up to intense pressures. I think the rating on the one i used was something like 700º and 2000 PSI. In the video of me shooting it, I had it pressurized to MAYBE 100. probably less. If its too pressurized, you dont get as long of burn time. jb weld inside threaded areas is nearly impossible to dislodge

  • also what psi do you use, and whats your total burn time/ range

  • @sadist911 I havent pressurized it fully just yet, but id say i used about 80 in the example vid. because of the small nozzle size, i can easily get a minute or two of burn time. depending on how much i end up filling the tank up.

  • @DeceptioN1337 what is the best fuel or mixture to use? i've heard ppl say gas and dish soap but that doesn't sound like it would burn well. what would be the closest thing to napalm? and thanks for the video

  • @5toneg Ive used 3 different fuels, with varying results. they all burn really well, and it really just depends on what result you want. diesel will burn more in puffs and have a shitton of black smoke, gasoline is like in the video, burns fast, and bright. Then theres also de-natured alcohol, which you can get at any home depot type store. its just a bit expensive. I have another flamethrower video on my channel of a denatured alcohol shoot.

  • @DeceptioN1337 cool. i'm going to make one. you might could try motor oil and gas. i've heard of dish soap an gas but idk if that would burn well

  • thank you so much for solving that threading problem for me now i can get mine to work. hahahaha

  • @sadist911 You gotta slather the hell out of it with j-b weld. get the highest psi rating mixture you can find, they're only like 5$ a pack
