I just tried this game....It was riddled with bug and the community was full of ass holes....the second i started to talk about how something was wrong with my game the players kept saying that it was my fault and that i was stupid and so on and that i needed to learn the game (even tho i did)and so on. Even after a gm told me that the issue was with me and threatened to ban me for life, i just stopped a day later i find out on the forums that the issue was indeed a bug and a big one at that.

yes basically without one gameplay is limited to infantry only.

Nah you can drive trucks and armored vehicles easily ( ok maby 232 not but i cant even steer that thing with a joystick LOL, almost never play axis though so prolly just practise is the solution) with keyboard and mouse. AA and atgs are moveable with mouse and keyboard too although the bigger atgs spin around very quickly without JS.

Tanks are very easy with keyboard too.

Just flying is very very hard without JS.

I tried driving a tank once.... God, after 15 minutes i was still like "uhh, what does this button do again?". Together with some other guy, we got left behind on the armor column. We laughed our asses off.

Anyway, i rather blow those tanks to hell with a big momma from one of the ships. Bye bye! >:)

Respect for the displayed skill, but I don't track enemy aircraft when playing as an AA gunner. I just pick a spot ahead of the plane through which I believe it will fly and fire a long burst. I've ruined many a pilot's day.

You can do both though ... i track the planes bu sometimes i just go a bit forward and fire 3-4 bullets at same spot... isnt so very effective though ... bofors bullets are like 1 sec apart.

BF1942 is a shoebox shooter. This is a 1:2 scale map of Europe with no 32v32 limits  on player numbers.

Battleground Europe is a much more involving game, no question about it.

I fly with the FAF and RAF in World War II Online. The Axis have some really good AA gunners as I have flown against on many occassion. I may have been on of the Spits who go his wing shot off in this video clip.
