K, for all those who are wondering how to install this: download the Map pack .rar file. Then, copy all the files from the .rar file into: my computer/c:/(or whatever hard drive you have steam installed to) program files/steam/steam/steam apps/*username* (there will be a folder with you steam username) than click on portal/portal. So remember:drag all files in the .rar file into: my computer/*whatever drive you have steam installed to*/program files/steam/steam/steamapps/*u­sername*/

@Elijahbabyluigifan if the map requires a .bmz file type to be opened within Portal's Bonus map section, all you have to do is open the files with Winrar or 7Zip or any other program that can open zip files then rename the files to "____.bmz" (replace ____ with what ever name you want, or keep it the same, but change the file type to .bmz)

Hello , i download the map and I moved the Folder...

Program Files (x86) --> Steam --> steammaps --> (Username) --> portal --> portal --> maps. And i go the game and ITS NOT WORKIN! I see the Folder in portal but inside it its nothing! Can you please help me? I wanna play this... ;(

i also recommend downloading it. It's challenging but never gets frustrating. It also sometimes gives you the WTF effect. I remember a scene where suddenly the floor brakes and you land in a room with the sealing coming down.

im playing portal on a mac, (finally) and ive been playing it for the last few days, when id done all the challenges and beaten the game twice i went to find this mappack, and i just pulled all the files into the mac-portal directory for installation as you should(?!), but when i get about halfway in the mappack, just after you see the big ship and your crawling through the vents, when i jump out of the vents i get a crit error

help! ideas? plz rly wanna be abe to play the second half!!

The only big problem with this mappack is that it requires Half - Life 2 also, not just Portal. This game should have avoided the adding of Half - Life 2, since it's more focused on Portal the Half - Life 2. The game should have been made like Portal: Prelude, another great Portal mod, that requires only Portal.

Ok.... I have instaled Portal: TFV for my Portal game.... However, every time I try to play Portal, the game goes to the Valve screen then locks up, and shuts down Portal with an error screen saying "hl2.exe has stopped working."

Actually a good map pack. I never won, but I got to the cake at least. It is harder than the advansed normal chambers, but can become chlostrophobic at times (I know I spelled that wrong). But It gets my 4.8 out of 5. Neon signs indicating the chamber number would have been nice, though.
