I've got an idea...it would absolutely, without any doubt, work...if that's what they actually want:

Cancel the remainder of the Stimulus Bill...shelve the health care takeover for a decade....pass an actuall health care reform bill addressing cross-state competition and tort reform...and flat out state that the Cap and Trade Tax will not be considered either now or in the future.

Then roll back taxes to the 2008 level.

The economy would explode.
