In Montreal we are a lot of bi-lingual people but maybe we shouldn't because most of English Canadians don't even put the effort to learn french.. Go to Vancouver, Ontario or any other English canadian city and you will have difficulty to find someone speaking even a little bit of french.. What a shame..
