  • Nice tip about the broccoli. Thanks.

  • dude that is a bid ass pleco!!

and it is eating a fish tank bush!! pwns~!

  • What is your plec munching on?

  • its a piece of broccoli, I pop it in boiling water for 1 minute then squeeze slightly to remove excess water and drop it in the tank. The Plec and the apple snails munch on it. You hav to remove it the next day or it makes the water smell bad! I give them a piece once a week maybe, they get different sorts of algae wafers the other days.

  • i see a couple of apple snails :)

i have one hes really big i also have a blue crayfish and some clams

the crayfish is brilliant but he can be a bastard to the other fish he ate one the other day

    and that plec is huge!

  • Yes he is big isn't he, I've had him 4 years. The apple snails laid lots of eggs, I had over 120 at one stage but I've gradually sold them all on Ebay :)

  • Aquarium looking great and fish are fabulous.

  • Thanks :)

  • got me doing riverdance all over the kitchen haha how did u get the fish to swim in time to the music?

  • I was in one of my dominant moods, they do as they are told lol

  • Love your fishtank vids - there should be more of them! Whats the critter eating the brocoli stuff?

  • its a Sailfin Plecostomus, or Pleco for short. He (or she) is huge now, it was about 2 inches long when I got it a few years back.

  • He's quite a little beastie.

  • I have different music now lol but at least the problem seems to be solved
