@EgaoNoGenki Well from the morris car's I would say it was the 1960's. Driving is legal at any age on a private piece of land. If you own a large estate in which yo ucan drive around and you have access to a car the nI think it's possible to drive.

thing is the maturity and height issues are what keep the age at 16-18. There are some kids who want nothing more than to hammer a Ferrari Enzo and smash and destroy everything in there way, and there are some who would drive safely in a Prius or a Ford Taurus. And at the other end of the scale are the 17-y.o dumbfucks who blast obnoxious music and think that their Civics are F1 cars and drive in excess of at least 90 mph down town streets at midnight.

Judging by the condition of the two 4CVs, which used to start rusting before they reached the end of the production line, I'd say this was 1960 at the latest, probably late '50s - which might explain why the kids appear mature by modern standards.

Nice! I maintain that children can drive as well as adults if given a chance. The only reason accidents are higher amongst teenagers is because they don't have the experience, it has nothing to do with age. I say if they can see, steer, and reach the pedals, let them drive.

I think maturity is another thing as well. It seems some children I know are bent on street racing and hitting pedestrians, they are tall enough. I think that if they are tall enough and can pass a maturity test, then let them drive.

@Rosuhman4647 Exactly, i am only 13 years old and people do underestimate me, im 6 foot tall and i have the maturity and body of a mature 16 -18 year old, ive got a and b grades in school and i do very well, i play football and i swim, im just a kid most people say but many like me could be looked at as an adult.
