Hmm you need to work on your weakness. Af we time would not hurt . But working with something that is treating the underlying cause is the way to go. Wrist movements should be in your routine.
All the poses that require putting weight on my hands is really doing a number on my wrists (I think have weak joints). Does it hurt the effectiveness of the pose at all if I hold myself up on my knuckles instead of my palms?
I have been going through this entire yoga series over the past few weeks and as a suggestion, I would have put this one further down the list because after doing the warrior pose, then going straight into this, I would think most beginners' arms would be ready to fall off!

This is my first time through the series as a beginning yoga learner, and yes, my arms are thoroughly exhausted! At least I made it this far.
