  • Excellent.

  • Hmm you need to work on your weakness. Af we time would not hurt . But working with something that is treating the underlying cause is the way to go. Wrist movements should be in your routine.

  • All the poses that require putting weight on my hands is really doing a number on my wrists (I think have weak joints). Does it hurt the effectiveness of the pose at all if I hold myself up on my knuckles instead of my palms?

  • This is my first time through the series as a beginning yoga learner, and yes, my arms are thoroughly exhausted! At least I made it this far.

  • @xtdlcx It will get easier every time. Keep it up !!

    Namaste

  • Nice pose....good excercise......and excellent trainers

  • I have been going through this entire yoga series over the past few weeks and as a suggestion, I would have put this one further down the list because after doing the warrior pose, then going straight into this, I would think most beginners' arms would be ready to fall off!

  • @hazelhybrid If you go to our website and download the WMV file this move and the headstand are not in that routine. You are warmed up for this one .

    Namaste
