Give it a few years and who knows, you might get good at casting.

Well, I can hit the occasional 110' with a five weight... I hadn't cast a lot with the heavier gear at that time.

110 eh, thats pretty good going with a 5wt, what rod and line do you use.
The line for distance is XXD or ED (that's the upgraded version of the XXD). The rod isn't that important - I can do it with both my 5wts: Five Rivers Signature #5 9' and Five Rivers FT #5 9'.

The coat is a downhill jacket... thou it is made in Sweden so don't know about its straightness. ;)
