Sure, it is possible to do this in FOREX, but extremely unlikely and this is almost certainly a hoax. There are so many FOREX scams promising huge returns that I am immediatly very skeptical of any claims. I have made insane amounts of fake money playing on demo accounts, by taking crazy risks, but I was just playing around. So it is possible, but not like this.
