i have the ipod touch 3rd generation & i just upgraded to that new 3.1.3 firmware. will this work for my 3rd generation without me having to restore it every time i turn it off and back on? ive really wanted to jailbreak mine but im tired of having to restore it every time i reboot it. will some1 reply please!?

i think he means that before u upgrade ur iphone firmware ur iphone must be already jailbroken if u bought the iphone and it is already firmware 3.1.3 then i dun think u can do this
