My first job out of High School was at a Tarmac America Block Plant in central Florida
The Manager of that plant was and still is one of the most ignorant human beings I've ever known.
After Titan sold the plant to a Minnesota firm was when his worst happened from what I witnessed as well the more senior co-workers who had been working there for a while.

I change the slump to a "4" and you made me change it to a "5" after all the rejected trucks we had the days before with a "5" on the tickets. After customer was fed up on day of job Tom Tic calls you and was upset with you. and you had the balls to tell him there was not enough room on the ticket. we could of edit ticket so drivers can see info How you bullshit your way up the ladder i am still shock

This Company is pourly run on the west coast of Florida. Customer service manager is a real joke. "Two face" West coast has big problem.
