Hey Ben, can you tell me how you do that energy charging like the one at : 3:49?

For that part i created a basic solid, with shine applied to it. I raised the ray length to about 8 or 10 so the light would turn almost everything on the screen to be green. I set the blending mode of the Solid Layer to "ADD" that makes the blast be alot brighter and look more like real light. Then the energy charging was made with CC particle world applied to a solid. I made the velocity be negative, and the x,y, and z radius be enough to stretch out the particles.... more in my next comment.
