STEP UP 2: THE STREETS movie mistakes...

Dont get me wrong, Step up is a fantastic movie, but it does have a lot and alot of mess ups. Now I watch it over and over again cause I am a dancer too. Im practicing a lot, to get better at what I can do. So this movie is my guide. i think the directors of step up really need to take time and patience for these movies, even in Step Up 3 there were a lot of mistakes, i think the directors only think, that people will only be focussed on the dancing, so the mistakes would be no big deal

Wich mean, they made one more mistake, a big one..

you missed one at the cafeteria teh chair before chase sits on it it's turn towards the table and then when he goes to the table to sit next to andy it's turned backwards

As for the phone I have a different ringtone for everyone so it lets me know who it is. I love finding the mistakes in my favorite movies and wondering why I didn't notice sooner. Has anyone notice the ones on the final dance check out their jackets I love the smooth transition you hardly notice Jon M Chu is perfect.

You missed a huge mistake. Check out the final dance, and pay attention to Hair. When only the guys are dancing, as the scene changes at one point he has his jacket on, and in the next scene he doesn't. Then he does again, then he doesn't. It's a major fail. xD

They probably shoot multiple takes of the same scene over the course of a few hours or even days and so they might not act out or set up the scene exactly the same each time. They probably only noticed the continuity errors in the editing room and decided it wasn't worth the hassle of reshooting the scene to fix the mistakes.

honestly, why wouldn't they dance on mats instead of asphalt? do you know how scratched up they would be if they actually did it on the street?

honestly the only mistake in this movie (which you didn't point out) is in the final dance when the guy "smiles" is dancing he repeatedly switches from being in a tank top to wearing a big ass white hoodie..when I noticed that it annoyed to all ends because now I always notice it when I watch that part. the other "mistakes" don't even matter.

when andie says "see i told u we could help each other out" to moose her fringe is across her face. then she clasps hands with moose and it cuts to moose and he says "watever" and it cuts back to her and she says "watever back and her fringe is magically perfect again. Her fringe moves alot after the raind dance lol.

@jehurey i noticed when they are watching mooses footage back from his first battle (the one on the campus at the begining) on the mobile...on the actual footage he bows then jumps but when the pirates are watching it when he goes to the fault...he takes his hat off and jumps...then in the club when hes getting chased (after the toilet scene) his hat falls off and then when he stands up its on again...also during the ball room scene lukes bowtie is fastened then unfastened...hehe ;-)
