I suspect the kid might have ADHD, and the mom has him do that just as a way to keep him occupied.

@sabelilandia Speaking as someone with ADD, it actually makes sense. AVClarke wasn't trying to insult the kid or make fun of him, he was simply coming up with a theory as to why the mother would have her son brush her hair at a wrestling match. Nothing wrong with that.
