I remember the commercial when I was a kid a zillion years ago. It was a local NY beer. Its was my daddy's favorite beer. Its a shame you could not find the video of the TV ad. She appears simply singing in front a jazz combo looking spectacular as usual and wearing a beautiful long evening gown.
Lena recorded this around 1967, as part of Schaefer's campaign featuring famous celebrities singing their equally famous "One Beer To Have" jingle. The magazine ads are from 1948, when Basil, Lucy and Hedy "plugged" the brew...and were well compensated for it, as Lena was.
