No, this was performed in Star City, Sydney.  It was part of the Winnder's Journey Tour, where the winner and runner up of Australian Idol toured Australia in January 2008.

Surrounded by the City Lights belongs to Fatis Valour.  Fatis Valour was the backup band for Matt Corby during the Winner's Journey Tour, where he was the support act for Natalie Gauci. It was very generous of Jarryd (Fatis Valour lead singer) to let Matt sing the lead vocals. That was my reason for keeping Jarryd in the frame.

Last month, at Easterfest, FV performed the same song with Jarryd on lead vocal. Matt entered the stage for the second verse.

Everyone is entitled to there opinion, I think hes a fantastic guy, and I wish I could sing like him, and one day god willing, I will be as accomplished has him, But there's a limit as to how much glorification you should give anyone, other than god.

You are very welcome. There really is not enough Fatis Valour on Youtube. This is the most viewed of all my concert footage from the Winner's Journey Tour. Fatis Valour could become the most successful act from the Winner's Journey Tour, without ever appearing on Australian Idol. ;)

By the way, PrinessWithStyle is a Matt Corby fan. Most Matt fans had never heard of Fatis Valour until this tour.
