Episode at 1:16 is "Two Bodies in the Lab" 1x15, and 1:20 to 1:24 is "The Man in the Morgue", not sure on season and episode, but I'm nearly positive it's 1x03. Please don't listen to the specific season and episode on MitM, though.

@skysurvivor619 It's season 1 episode 13: The Woman in the Garden. A man from the gang Mara Muerte (I'm REALLY sorry if that's misspelled Lol) puts a hit out on Brennan and Booth goes and threatens the guy saying that if anything happens to her, he'll personally come and kill the guy. It was super awesome, and super romantic. That's the first point where you think, "Oh, Booth really WOULD do anything for her." That one is one of my favorite episodes. :)
