This is the most fun method. Chapter 7 gets boring after a while but this stays always fun.

one thing nobody mentioned are the bracers he is wearing. They keep him from having to constantly pick up angle arms seeing that they change into multiple.

@musicizair actually it's Rodin, the weapon and not bracers/accessories, they transform into different angel weapons but you can still do it without it, just using the dropped weapon but it is easier to do it with Rodin

For everyone's benefit this is the Alfheim portal in Chapter 3 Verse 5 on the 2nd floor of the building across the witch statue. The same building where the bridge was. Also, it can work for normal mode but it's difficult when there are only a few angels.

Witch Time= Dodging at the last possible second

The dance taunt= (360) LB + RB (PS3) L1+R1

All accesories= complete the game multiple times and keep racking dem halos

Great video, aside from the fact that it doesn't actually show where the Alfheim Portal is located... >_> not to mention attacks just bounce off enemies. Are you sure you didn't forget to explain a step or two? I ask because for me, it just doesn't work based upon the directions you gave, so there must be something further.

Also, I got it to work finally, then I use witch time, and I attack the enemies with the angel arm while sergeys lover is active and my attacks just richochet off the enemies not even hurting them, which is weird since I had angel arm and not Bayonettas equipped weapon.

I can't do this method. I've spent half hour trying to do it. The dumb camera in this game is aweful because it turns so slow. I can't see the enemies or where they're at. I try turning camera and by the time I can see the enemies it's too late. They hit me even when I constantly move/dodge. And oddly even when I don't get hit my green hit orbs still drop. I assume my game is glitched or something.

seriously, thats fricken smart, just made me have a great idea: buy lots of those butterfly candies, go to chapter 7, use sergey's lover on temperantia, score mad combos and when sergey's lover's effect ends, have a candy and do it again! serioulsy, wonder if that would work

hmm this is nothing compared to having climax brace and doing the first "stay in the air" alfheim. Gets me 7.5m halos per 2 mins at the most. But of course, there's the brace, where you either need 5m halos to buy or get all the tears of blood.

one word of warning: as far as I know, you'll have to be careful about the combo multiplier, as it can restart itself

Dont like this method, Sometimes it get to overwhelming in the second wave of angels with the big swords. And this is pot luck really, depending on where the angels are lined up. And you had rodin anyway.

For those that have the Angel Slayer mode unlocked I find a couple of play throughs to be a better way to earn halos.

Usually the best thing to do is go for the angel with the staff and use the pole dance technique. If you get all the creatures within range you can EASILY top 2500+ with the modifier being at 9.9 inside of that 1 hit.

This is good but I think the kilgore method with the bracelet of time is better. I earned about 5 milllion to 7 doing that method. Just my opinion.

@FantasyFan4Eva actually i was looking for the move that she will jump up while spinning, i already found it months ago. you need to skate until you see mist forming behind her then release the analog stick and then either hold circle or just press it. holding makes her jump higher and the attack is longer

@BerkerIzmir001 go to vigrid city of deja vu chapter... go into the alfheim portal in which they ask you to kill all angels before time expires... just make sure that you equip moon of maha kala and gaze of despair. all you have to do is to keep the combo count up and if you are out of range, use guns until you are in range. I use durga as weapon.. nets me about 250 thousand to three hundred thousand everytime I play and then there are some more good fights in that chapter..

It is difficult for me but I get between 400.000 to 800.000 halos when I fight agains the bosse in chapter 7. It take only 6 minutes. Try to do that on normal or hard it is very easy.

it's a special weapon called "Rodin". you have to earn 1.000.000 halos and buy the platinum ticket (or something like that) at the shop. then you can fight against father rodin. the weapon "Rodin" is the reward if you win.

There is a far easier way. requires lightening Durga, Grace of Despair and Selene's Light.

go to the last verse of the vestibule and kill loads of angels without doing the torture attacks. before the time runs out, stop and give yourself a few seconds to collect the halos. die and then repeat from the same section.

can be made easier if you have the climax brace instead of Selene's light

@MonkeyDLuffy41 Dodge Offset, is when you are doing a combo, then, in mid-combo, you hold the last button you pressed and start dodging, note you can't dogge more than 3 times for this to work, and then you stop and cntinue the combo.

It's great to use wicked weaves in distant or different enemies.

Also, once you can unleash the panther within, you can hold the buttun and transform into panther, run around the scenario, transform back and finnish your combo 8D

The points are not dependent on damage. If that were true, I would have just used the rodin weapon here. That particular angel arm gives a lot of points.

You could ride the train in chapter 1 by destroying all the benches. Ride the train out and it gives you 10,000 Halos. Restart the level, and repeat.

No, it really helps make it easier to maintain the combo, but the points you get for using it is much lower than the angel arms. I was doing this for Halos before I got the rodin weapon. The trick is to dodge after hitting an enemy then quickly picking up the angel arm again. Either way, I find the second round of enemies can net around 5k points if you get them all jumbled together.

So the higher the combo the more halo's you get, would this strategy work using the handguns you get from completing the game on normal? They do little damage keeping them alive for a bigger combo.
