I have been absolutely satisfied with it, Plasma. I have had to reapply a bit of cooking oil to that rotating point every few months or so. I've really enjoyed this roaster and the results in the coffee cup though. It's a perfect mix of convenience and quality.
For anyone else watching this video - Joe Behm advises that the noise is simply metal rubbing against metal on the left side of the drum. Put olive oil on the groove using a Q-tip.
Just a thought--have you seen your cat lately? Other than the noise are you satisfied with the Behmor?
